For hotel, B&B and venue operators

When something happens,
can you show what you did?

Most hidden cameras are not installed by the operator.

But when a case breaks, the first question everyone asks is: did you exercise due care?

An independent audit record that builds up over time is your answer.

What the badge gives you

  • A chain of evidence for due care.
  • Peace of mind becomes a selling point.
  • Guests find you when they search.
  • If a device is found, there is a procedure to follow.

Guests aren't paying you to find a camera. They're paying for proof that you looked.

Our badge is not a guarantee. It is a record of ongoing audits. It is worth something precisely because it is honest.

A system behind the badge

How the badge programme works

You may already check your rooms regularly.
But on the day something goes wrong, "we checked ourselves" and "an independent party checked"
carry very different weight with guests and regulators.
That weight is what we add.

All three tiers include: an annual full-building dual-method sweep · a tamper-evident door sticker with QR page · a listing on the safety map · published audit coverage

The badge states only verifiable facts. Honesty is what makes it worth anything.
Full explanation
The badge page shows the last inspection date, audit coverage and the list of rooms not covered. These are neutral statements of fact. We never use wording such as "guaranteed camera-free" or "certified safe". The correct statement is: "This room completed the HerShield standard inspection procedure on [date]."
Safety your guests can see

One sticker, one QR code,
and the reassurance is on record.

Every door gets a tamper-evident sticker with a unique serial number tied to that room.

One scan shows the guest the inspection date and badge status.

How is privacy protected?
The page shows no inspection details, no images and no guest data, only verifiable facts. For you, it turns "we do check" into a difference guests can see when they book.

What the QR page shows

  • Hotel name and room number
  • Date of the last inspection
  • Badge status (green / yellow / gray / red)
  • Audit coverage and rooms not yet covered
  • What the inspection covers
