One enclosed room counts as one room: bedroom, living room, bathroom and walk-in closet all count. Extra rooms are +NT$500 each and add roughly 25–35 minutes.
Hotels, B&Bs and guest rooms you are currently staying in can be booked too. Same prices as a home inspection, the early-bird offer applies, plus a travel fee by distance.
As a guest you only hold a short-term right to the room, so we do not dismantle any of the hotel's fixed fittings. The check is limited to non-destructive visual inspection and instrument scanning. We explain this when you book.

Cancellation: free if you cancel or reschedule before 18:00 the day before. Same-day cancellation is charged NT$500 for travel costs.
Every step follows the same procedure. You can be present the whole time and are welcome to bring a friend or family member.

Confidentiality starts before the inspection does.
We show ID and a business card first, then sign the service agreement and NDA. With your written consent the visit is audio-recorded; recordings are kept on an offline company computer, never in the cloud. No door is closed at any point.

The GL-i08 scans six categories area by area: sockets, detectors, appliances, décor, vents and furniture blind spots.
Signals you can't see still can't hide.
The GL-i23 scans for suspicious wireless signals and cross-checks the optical findings, covering each method's blind spots.

Results are explained room by room on site. The full report is sent encrypted within 48 hours; the password is your mobile number. Free follow-up questions for 7 days.
