Price, timing, equipment and privacy: the questions people ask most before booking.
The early-bird price is NT$1,000 for 2 rooms (one living space and one bathroom). Each extra room adds NT$500. Standard prices are NT$1,500 for 2 rooms, NT$2,500 for 4 rooms and NT$4,500 for 6 rooms.
Each separate room counts as one. Bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms and walk-in closets each count as one room.
About 60 minutes for 2 rooms, 90 to 120 minutes for 4 rooms and 150 to 180 minutes for 6 rooms. Each extra room adds about 25 to 35 minutes.
For optics we use the GL-i08 red-and-green lens detector, which finds lens reflections. For signals we use the GL-i23, which scans wireless signals from 50MHz to 6GHz and also detects magnets. Both are made in Taiwan.
We currently serve Taipei, New Taipei and Taichung. There is no travel fee within 10 km one way. Longer distances add NT$200 to NT$1,000, and trips over 100 km are quoted separately.
Yes. Hotel-room checks cost the same as home inspections, plus a travel fee by distance. Book before 18:00 and we arrive the next day. We only do non-destructive visual checks and instrument scans, and we never dismantle hotel fixtures.
Every inspection comes with a signed NDA. Your home never appears in any promotion without your consent. You may decline photo consent and the price stays the same.
We explain the result of each room on site. The full written report arrives as a PDF within 48 hours. You can ask follow-up questions free of charge for 7 days.
The result reflects the rooms we checked at the time of the inspection. Instruments cannot see inside sealed walls, or devices that are powered off and not transmitting. The report lists every location we checked.
We do not touch, remove or move it. We photograph its location, record the readings and time, and both sides sign the record. What happens next is your decision.
We only inspect spaces you have the right to use, such as your own home or rental. The client must be 18 or older and present throughout.
Free before 18:00 the day before. Same-day cancellation costs NT$500 to cover travel.
